Nov. 14th is Give to the Max Day 2019

Help us continue our important work of keeping Sig Olson's legacy alive in the world today!

Give to the Max is Minnesota’s annual charitable giving holiday. Thursday, November 14th is the day, and early giving begins on November 1st.

90% of our funding comes from donors like you!

Listening Point Foundation helps people foster their own connection to wilderness through the writings and philosophy of Sigurd F. Olson. Youth, students, and people of all ages and backgrounds have come to visit Listening Point since the foundation was established in 1998. We not only educate through place-based experience, but we continue to do important preservation work of these important historical places.

Every dollar really does make a difference, so please consider us in your Give to the Max giving plans!

You can even go ahead and donate today, either on our GiveMN profile page or right here.

Thank you for helping us keep Sig’s legacy alive!

“I named this place Listening Point because only when one comes to listen, only when one is aware and still, can things be seen and heard. Everyone has a listening-point somewhere. It does not have to be in the north or close to the wilderness, but some place of quiet where the universe can be contemplated with awe.”

~Sigurd F. Olson, Listening Point, 1958
